Alhambra Audioguide is developed and published by Superdash.io (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This policy explains how we handle data when you use the Alhambra Audioguide mobile app.

## Scope (Alhambra Audioguide app + related support pages)

This Privacy Policy applies to:

- The Alhambra Audioguide app on Android and iOS.

- App-related support pages and contact channels operated by Superdash.io.

This policy does not apply to third-party services that have their own privacy policies (for example, app stores or map/content hosting providers).

Data we process

To provide app functionality, we process limited data:

1. Data stored on your device

- Selected app/audio language.

- Playback state and preferences (for example, playback progress/rate).

- Offline download/cache data (audio files, images, map tiles, and related metadata).

- Basic app state values needed for offline and settings behavior.

2. Network/request data processed when content is loaded

When the app requests audio, images, map tiles, or related files from remote servers, infrastructure providers may process technical request data such as:

- Device/browser user agent

- Request timestamps

- Request headers

- Requested URL/path

3. Support communications

If you contact us, we process the information you provide (such as your email address and message) to respond and provide support.

What we do not collect

- We do not require account registration to use the app.

- We do not use advertising SDKs.

- We do not use cross-app tracking technologies.

- We do not sell personal data.

How data is used

We use data only to:

- Deliver core app features (audio guide playback, maps, images, offline access).

- Maintain reliability, security, and abuse prevention.

- Respond to support requests.

- Meet legal obligations where required.

We do not use your data for behavioral advertising or data brokerage.

Third-party services and processors

Depending on configuration, the app relies on third-party providers to deliver content and infrastructure, such as:

- AWS/S3 and related cloud delivery services (audio/image/file hosting)

- Map tile infrastructure (for example OpenStreetMap tile infrastructure and/or your configured tile host)

- CDN services used for map marker assets (for example cdnjs)

If you download the app through Google Play or the Apple App Store, those platforms process data under their own privacy terms as independent controllers.

Data retention

- On-device data remains until you remove it (for example by clearing app data/cache or uninstalling the app).

- Support emails/messages are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and related records.

- Infrastructure providers may retain server logs for security/operations according to their own retention schedules.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for network requests.

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to protect app data and minimize data processing.

Children’s privacy

Alhambra Audioguide is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in applicable jurisdictions).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in this age group.

International transfers

Because third-party infrastructure may operate globally, data may be processed in countries outside your own country.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
